To solve the common problem of high-temperature demagnetization, we have independently developed a gradient NdFeB formula system covering 7 major grades (N/M/H/SH/UH/EH/VH) with an operating temperature range of 80℃~230℃.

With years of surface treatment experience, we master full-range coating technologies, especially nickel-copper-nickel triple composite plating and thickened epoxy coating.
Customized for humid motor working conditions, water vapor corrosion of iron separators and outdoor acid-base environments, our triple composite plating improves adhesion by 40% with over 240 hours of salt spray resistance. The dense thickened epoxy coating eliminates micropore corrosion, completely solving the inherent oxidation problem of NdFeB magnets with a service life far exceeding industry standards.
Equipped with over 200 high-precision processing equipment including multi-wire cutters, special-shaped grinders and inner circle cutters, plus self-developed forming fixtures, we overcome processing difficulties of segment, racetrack, deep-hole and thin-wall magnets.
Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.03mm with better flatness and edge integrity than industry standards.
